Private parking for up to two vehicles is also available.

The accommodation is spread over two floors.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living area connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen, featuring all necessary appliances for a carefree stay. This level also includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

The first floor offers three elegant, air-conditioned double bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and equipped with satellite TV for additional comfort. Every bedroom has its own modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while one of the bathrooms also includes a washing machine. All rooms have access to private balconies with a partial sea view, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

From the living room, you can step out onto a spacious terrace furnished with a dining table, chairs, and sun loungers, with direct access to the private pool – creating the perfect setting for relaxation, sunbathing, and unforgettable moments with family and friends.

Guests also have access to a sauna (available for use up to 2 hours per day) located in the neighboring house, as well as table tennis facilities for additional entertainment.
